Team and Non-Team Saturday Sessions

APB Academy training sessions run weekly across Barnet and the surrounding areas for children. These sessions are open to children from 5 -13 who wish to develop their footballing ability with trained FA qualified coaches.

Our sessions focus on our total player development programme where for large parts of the session children will have a ball at their feet.

Each session lasts up to an hour and a half and works within our 5 ball cycle which includes the following:

• Pre-training activities and warm up
• SAQ and movement
• Technical practices
• Opposed practices
• Small sided games

We look for children attending our Saturday Academy sessions to progress into our elite teams (training during the week and Saturdays and matches on Sundays in organised leagues) and professional clubs.
